Bonotel Exclusive Travel was founded in Cologne, Germany, and relocated its headquarters to Las Vegas in 1996. Early success is driven by exclusive partnerships with Mirage Resorts and later expansion across major Las Vegas hotels through MGM Resorts International. By 2005, Bonotel had established itself as a leading tech-enabled luxury travel distributor in North America, surpassing $50M in revenue.

Revenue grows to over $150M, supported by new global offices.

2018 | Strategic Acquisition

Bonotel is acquired by Internova Travel Group, joining a global network of luxury and corporate travel advisors.

2013-2016 | Investment
& Diversification

The Carlyle Group acquires a majority stake, fueling investment in talent and technology, including enhanced IT infrastructure. Bonotel continues to diversify its hotel portfolio and strengthens its presence, representing over 2,400 luxury and upscale hotels across the U.S.
